A present for the Resort Card holders
- We have a birthday present for each Resort Card holder. Depending on the season in which you were born, you can have a ski pass or a ticket for the Sky Walk.
- You will receive a present on your email which you provided at the Resord Card registration. In case you don't receive a birthday email, come to the ticket office with a valid ID (in case of children e.g. with an insurance card) and your Resord Card which will serve as your identification and you can get your present.
- You can use the present only in the calendar week of your birthday (Mon - Sun).
- As a gift, you get a free-of-charge entrance to the Sky Walk by a cable car for two persons (summer and winter season) or a one-day ski pass for one person (winter season).
- You are not allowed to change your present for any other type of entrance not even to extend its validity.
Note
- You may pick up your Resort Card no sooner than 60 minutes after registration on our website.
- The Resort Card will be activated 40 minutes after you pick it up in person at the ticket office.
- Only the latest card issued on a given name is valid. If you lose your card, you can get a replacement at the ticket office charged at CZK 100. You do not have to register on the website again.
