Cash payments in Czech crowns (CZK) are accepted at all our ticket offices.

2. PAYMENT CARDS

The following payment cards are accepted at all ticket offices:

• MasterCard
• Maestro
• JCB
• Diners
• Discover

3. ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAYS

Online payment gateways support payments with the following cards:

• VISA
• Mastercard
• Diners

4. ELECTRONIC WALLET

The electronic wallet can only be purchased at the Customer Centre. It is a pre-paid card (minimum top-up of CZK 500) that can be used to pay at all points of sale – attractions, restaurants, bars, wellness facilities and the ski school. When topping up the credit on the RESORT CARD, customers can also enjoy a range of discounts and benefits throughout the resort. 

5. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAMMES

Benefits can be redeemed electronically using points or payment cards. 

We cooperate with the following companies providing employee benefits:

• Pluxee (all types of accommodation, all attractions in the resort – the registered price according to the current price list cannot be used; purchases must be made at a staffed ticket office, not at self-service ticket machines)
• Edenred Benefits Card (all types of accommodation, all attractions in the resort – the registered price according to the current price list cannot be used; purchases must be made at a staffed ticket office, not at self-service ticket machines)
• Benefit Plus (points can be used for accommodation via the benefit-plus.eu website; the benefit payment card cannot be used)
• Benefity a. s. (points can be used for accommodation via the benefity.cz website; the benefit payment card cannot be used)
• E-pass (you can order a voucher for accommodation and services, or for services only, via the mojebenefity.cz website)

6. CULTURAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS FUND (FKSP)

Use funds from the Cultural and Social Needs Fund (FKSP) towards a stay at our resort.
The FKSP contribution can be used to cover the cost of your stay in accordance with the conditions set by your organisation.
