Frequently asked questions about Vista Apartments

I haven't received my access PIN.

• Your access PIN will be sent to you by email on the day of arrival at approximately 14:00.

• You will use this PIN to access the apartment building, your apartment, the parking area, the entrance gate to Vista Apartments, as well as the bike and ski storage rooms.

I didn't get a room number.

• To receive your apartment number, you must complete the check-in process. Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards. You can check in using the self-service kiosk in the building lobby or via the online check-in in the Straiv app. To complete check-in successfully, your stay must be fully paid, and the details of all guests must be completed.

• Once check-in is completed, your apartment number will be displayed immediately and will also be sent to your email.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible

• This service is not possible at Vista Apartments. The accommodation is completely self-service and automated, so check-in and parking services are subject to the exact check-in time of 15:00 and check-out time of 10:00. These times must be respected.
• If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, you must re-park in the public car park near Vista Apartments.

Where are Vista Apartments located?

• Vista Apartments are located directly below the Vista Wellness Hotel in the upper part of the resort area, near the lower station of the Sněžník chairlift and a 5-minute walk from the mountain wellness center MELORI aqua & spa.
• For navigation, enter the address: Velká Morava 251–253, 561 69 Dolní Morava.

How and where can I park?

Parking at Vista Apartments is subject to a fee and we recommend booking it already when making your accommodation reservation due to the limited number of parking spaces.

• Indoor parking in the garages 300 CZK / day.
• Outdoor parking on parking posts 100 CZK / day.
• Outdoor parking P9 100 CZK / day.
• A charging station for electric vehicles is available. After using the charging station, you must move your car to the assigned parking spot.
• Entry to the garages is prohibited for LPG, CNG, and electric vehicles. The height limit for entering the garages is 2.30 m.

When will I get my discount on adventures?

• You will receive all your benefits after completing check-in, which is available from 15:00 onwards. It is not possible to send the benefits earlier.

• Once you have completed check-in, you will receive an invitation to the SmartStay app via both email and SMS. Simply log in to the app, and you will find your benefits in the Rewards section.

And how do I apply this discount?

• You can redeem your benefits at the relevant locations by presenting your QR code.

• You can use your discount code in our online shop. In the final step of your purchase, enter it in the 'Apply discount code' field.

I want to pay with a voucher or through a benefit program

We would like to visit the wellness centre. Is it possible?

• All resort guests can visit the mountain wellness centre MELORI aqua & spa, where you will find a pool area as well as the largest mountain sauna world in the Czech Republic.
• The wellness park is located just a 5-minute walk from Vista Apartments.
• All guests staying at Vista Apartments automatically receive free unlimited access to the pool and sauna world of MELORI aqua & spa.
• In addition, it is possible to take advantage of discounted admission to the mountain wellness centre MELORI aqua & spa beyond the free entries according to the price list for accommodated guests.

How can we redeem the free or discounted entries to MELORI aqua & spa?

• Discount codes for ski passes are provided only at the moment of check-in – by unlocking your room using your access PIN code.
• The codes will be sent to you by email to the email address provided during the reservation.
• At the same time, the discount codes will also be uploaded to the SmartStay app, where you can find them in the Rewards section.
• Access to SmartStay will be sent to you after your check-in via SMS and email. After clicking the link, you will be able to choose your rewards for your stay and you will also find recommended routes, an event calendar, a resort map, webcams and weather information.
• You can redeem the discount code at the reception desk or at the self-service kiosk in MELORI aqua & spa.

We would like to use the option of breakfast or dinner. Is it possible?

Guests can reserve breakfast, dinner, or half board online in our booking system when reserving a room. You can enjoy your meals in the Marcelka Restaurant and Bakery with an outdoor terrace. It is located just a few steps from the apartments, right by the chairlift station.

• BREAKFAST is served from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Marcelka Restaurant – depending on the season, you can choose between a buffet breakfast or breakfast from a menu
• TAKE-AWAY BREAKFAST – Marcelka Bakery
• DINNER is served from 18:00 to 20:30 in the Marcelka Restaurant – depending on the season, you can choose between a buffet dinner or dinner from a menu

Other guests can purchase meals on site depending on availability.
