- The access PIN code is sent by SMS on the day of arrival at approximately 14:30.
- This code gives you access to the property, your room, parking and ski or bike storage.

I didn't get a room number.
- The room number is sent by SMS before 3 p.m., only if all the details of the guests are filled in the reservation self-service.
- These details must be filled in by you at the booking self-service desk or on arrival at the self-service kiosk on the ground floor of each building.
- Once all guests' details have been filled in, the room number will be displayed immediately on the kiosk or at the self-service booking desk. After a short while, the room number will also arrive by SMS.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible
- This service is not possible at Vista Apartments. The accommodation is completely self-service and automated, so check-in and parking services are subject to the exact check-in time of 15:00 and check-out time of 10:00. These times must be respected.
- If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, you must re-park in the public car park near Vista Apartments.

Where is Vista Apartments located?
- Vista Apartments can be found directly below the Wellness Hotel Vista in the upper part of the complex near the boarding station for the chairlift Sněžník.
- Enter the address Velká Morava 251 - 253, 561 69 Dolní Morava in the navigation.

How and where can I park?
Parking at Vista Apartments is subject to a fee and we recommend booking it already when making your accommodation reservation due to the limited number of parking spaces.
- Indoor parking in the garages 300 CZK / day.
- Outdoor parking on parking posts 100 CZK / day.
- Outdoor parking P9 100 CZK / day.
- A charging station for electric vehicles is available. After using the charging station, you must move your car to the assigned parking spot.
- Entry to the garages is prohibited for LPG, CNG, and electric vehicles. The height limit for entering the garages is 2.30 m.

When will I get the 30% discount on my ski pass

You will receive the discount codes for the ski pass after you move in - by unlocking your room with your access PIN.

The codes will be delivered by email to the email address provided at the time of booking.

At the same time, the discount codes will also be uploaded to eResort, where they will appear in the Rewards section.

Access to the eResort will be sent to you by SMS and email after your accommodation. By clicking on the link you will be able to select your rewards within your stay and you will also discover recommended itineraries, an events calendar, a map of the resort, webcams or the weather.

And how do I apply this discount to my ski pass
- The discount can be applied in the form of a one-time discount code when purchasing a ski pass at www.dolnimorava.cz/eshop (the discount cannot be applied at self-service checkouts or physical checkouts).
- PROCEDURE: In the penultimate step of the purchase process, the option to redeem the discount voucher will appear. At this point you enter the code sent and confirm. You will then make your payment and the ski passes will be sent to your email address.
- The 30% discount is deducted from the price of the ski pass on the day of purchase and does not apply to season passes. Number of people staying = number of one-time discount codes.
- Each discount code can only be used once (cannot be used for repeat purchases during your stay).

I want to pay with a voucher or through a benefit program

We would like to visit the wellness. Is it possible?
- Only in case of availability we offer the possibility to visit the wellness and sauna world or fitness in the Wellness Hotel Vista. However, it is not possible to purchase or reserve access in advance.
- You must always check availability in advance by contacting wellness@dolnimorava.cz or + 420 469 771 119.

We would like to use the option of breakfast or dinner. Is it possible?
Guests can reserve breakfast, dinner, or half board online in our booking system when reserving a room. You can enjoy your meals in the Marcelka Restaurant and Bakery with an outdoor terrace. It is located just a few steps from the apartments, right by the chairlift station.
- BREAKFAST is served from 8:00 to 9:30 in the Marcelka Restaurant – depending on the season, you can choose between a buffet breakfast or breakfast from a menu
- TAKE-AWAY BREAKFAST – Marcelka Bakery
- DINNER is served from 18:00 to 20:30 in the Marcelka Restaurant – depending on the season, you can choose between a buffet dinner or dinner from a menu
Other guests can purchase meals on site depending on availability.
